We intend to respond to your queries, but we will naturally give priority to registered
users and will be answered in the order in which it is received.
Sometimes due to the volume of e-mail received, there may be some delay.
Phone support: currently we don't provide phone-based support.
We found that sometimes we need to request some test from the customers or we help you
by giving a screenshot (screen capture) or video, or providing
detailed information step by step about related issue (VST
host application or VSTi software), or direct links to certain FAQ pages, so we found that support via email is more effective than phone-based support.
So please, allow at least 24 hours for us to respond, though usually we are much quicker.
